Program name: Utah Veterans Massage appointment & scheduling messages

1. Program description

When you opt in, Utah Veterans Massage sends text messages about your care with us: appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling messages, and replies to questions you send us. This is a conversational and informational program — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and your conversations with our scheduling team (typically a few messages per appointment).

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Utah Veterans Massage does not charge for text messages.

4. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive services — we will contact you by phone or email instead.
