Utah Veterans Massage is accepting new Community Care referrals across the Wasatch Front and Cache Valley. We monitor and process HSRM referrals every day and upload all medical documentation to the HSRM platform.

Utah Veterans Massage is a practitioner network of licensed massage therapists. We handle all billing, insurance paperwork, and VA-facing documentation, provide the clinic locations, and hire the therapists — the majority with 10+ years of experience in medical, deep tissue, and clinical massage.
Veterans can be seen by any of our therapists at any of our locations, so a single referral gives your veteran real choice and short drive times. If a preferred clinic is booked, we can place them nearby without a new referral.

Every session is documented to a clinical standard, and progress is measured rather than assumed — so the referring provider always has a clear picture of how the veteran is responding.
- SOAP notes for every session. Each visit is charted as a standardized Subjective / Objective / Assessment / Plan note — a complete, Western-style medical record of what was treated and how the veteran responded.
- Validated pain tracking at every visit. We administer two validated pain assessments each session to measure progress objectively: the Defense and Veterans Pain Rating Scale (DVPRS), developed for the military and veteran population, and the Global Pain Scale (GPS).
- Shared with the referring provider. Session notes and pain-score trends are available to the VA on request.
